Kids Fest: Volunteers Needed!

Dear parents,
Thank you to everyone who has already volunteered!

We would like every family to bring in a cake (or several mini cakes) for the cake walk. These cakes can be SMALL. You can make a few cupcakes, make 2 round single cakes, cut a rectangular cake in fours, etc. If you are already making a big Black Forest cake if you could put a tiny bit of the batter into a small pan for a mini give-away cake that would be appreciated.

Boys, please bring in a white t-shirt for your costume.

We still need someone to help with clean up and another person or 2 to make a big black forest cake if possible, but otherwise we're all set!



We need the following:

3:45 - 4:45 set-up __Emmanel_

4:45 - 5:45 serving _Garcias_; Mrs Murray's classroom_K. Hale (4:45 - 5:15)Joyce Smith (5:15 - 5:45)_

5:45 - 6:30 (help clean up between 6:30 - 6:45) serving__Chen___;Mrs Murray's classroom ___Jing__ (help clean up Mrs. Murray's area and/or help kids with costumes 6:30 - 6:45)
